The Gerson Agency, LLC is two years old! I am beyond fortunate to have had a team of professionals in front of, and behind the scenes, help make this happen for The Gerson Agency, LLC. In less than two years, we’ve literally run millions of dollars in recruitment advertising, places tens of thousands of ads, created websites, videos, OTT & media campaigns, the list goes on and on.

After working 20 years at Symphony Talent (under the Hodes brand), three years at Radancy (under the TMP brand), and four years Recruitics – we had the experience, connections & abilities to pull off creating the first successful new full-service recruitment ad agency in almost a decade.

When we launched at the height of the global pandemic, the idea of doing this at all seemed a little crazy to be honest, but I’m so thankful for our clients, contacts, family, friends & vendors who have gone above and beyond to support us!

We have so much more in store for 2023 – as we expand, and make some big new announcements in people, technology – and new offerings.
