Why Millennial Managers are burned out.

Oh man. I’ve been there myself (early on in my career), and have seen it happening around me with Millennial co-workers being promoted into roles that increase the stress levels exponentially (and job dissatisfaction) – and am still seeing it today with my professional Millennial friends now struggling remotely to create a level of respect, demonstrated work output and some sort of culture – 100% remotely.

Not an easy task for anyone.
