Such a simple word – but one that is so incredibly powerful. Empathy comes in many forms, and over the last almost 30 years in Recruitment Marketing – it’s been Empathy that I’ve tried to put upfront and center when it comes to the candidate experience.
No, not everyone deserves an award for showing up to the game – but a simple act of kindness thanking a candidate for applying, even if they’re not a fit goes a long way.
